Hard times build determination and inner strength. Through them we can also come to appreciate the uselessness of anger. Instead of getting angry nurture a deep caring and respect for troublemakers because by creating such trying circumstances they provide us with invaluable opportunities to practice tolerance and patience. ~Dalai Lama XIV

Our life is precious, and and when we become conscious of that, we can move from self-importance and obsession to gratitude and forgiveness and be present to our life’s higher purpose and just BE. Our troubles and sufferings escalate and significance or drama swamps surround us when we feel separated from our inner self and the Universe, Source, Divine or Eternal. If we can tune in to the connection with our this boundless Source, we can dissolve barriers that limit us, and be compassionate to ourself and others.

Why do we argue with our humanity when we are human? Could we allow our heart to open and expand and allow the loving-kindness to flow with ease? This journey of healing ourselves and awakening can then create ongoing healing within us and around us.

Where is the access to Truth and happiness? We have a choice to discover and find our own answers. Perhaps we might open ourselves to more than one answer or the right answer.

Rekindle the mindfulness in the present moment and water the seeds of Love, compassion and kindness.
